Kimberly Girardi
Kim started her banking career as a temp in the hr department of a small community bank in Rockland County, NY. Through hard work and perseverance, Kim worked her way into recruiting. What started as a paper-driven process turned into an automated recruiting machine. Kim was responsible for improving the entire recruiting process for a 3 billion dollar bank that grew into a 15 billion dollar bank.
It was only natural when her time ended with the bank; she would start her own business—growing something out of nothing. Kim is extremely passionate about what she does, which shows in her interactions with her clients and candidates.

When my recruiting career ended with Sterling National Bank/Webster Bank, I was chatting with an ex-colleague before I started my business. I let her know that I was no longer with the bank.
